Data is transforming the way we sell. In the past selling was all about opinions, “gut feel” and optimism. These very human attributes are still important but now we can supplement or challenge these subjective individual views with much better data.

Sales data shines light into the black box of sales –  the “mysterious domain of the talented individual.”

But gathering and analysing sales data can become an industry in its own right. It’s a challenge to get the balance right between keeping it simple enough to be useful and making it thorough enough to be useful.

SalesWindow provides two powerful apps. SalesRelay (formerly known as i-snapshot is particularly effective for salespeople who make repeat calls on a cycle. SalesCast is designed for complex sales where the challenge is to manage demanding buying behaviours and improve conversion ratios and accuracy of forecasting.
